A miniature heart pendant on the end that is stamped S925 on one side and "made with love" and a little black heart on the other side.
The centre pendant is stamped with "Live your dream"
 
This would made a cute gift for a young lady in particular.  But I have to admit, I am wearing one and I'm 52.  LOL
