Do you provide International Delivery?

Unfortunately at the moment we are unable to provide international delivery.

 

How do I return an item?

Please contact me via email on neetsfurniture@gmail.com or via phone on 0419 833 691 to organise your return.

What is your returns policy?

If you are not happy 100% happy with your product, please provide us with a photo or description of the problem and we will be happy to provide you with a 100% refund.

 
How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped via Australia Post, they will provide me with a tracking number that will be attached to your online order.  I provide Australia Post with the receivers phone number and they keep you updated via email or text message.

 

What are your delivery options?

We currently post smaller items via Australia Post and all items are tracked.  We are also happy to do prior-arranged pickups from our warehouse.  Furniture is by pickup only or the Customer can arrange a delivery service at their expense.
